If you can not find or did not get a Mail in Ballot BUT were suppose to.... you can walk in to Monroe early or Cranbury day of and get a PROVISIONAL Ballot. You can not Vote on the Machine but you can fill out a ballot by hand and place it in a lock box to be counted later.
